difficulty in doing business in kerala

I am now in the year 2008, 5 years back the land value was just about 4-5 laks in the heart of the city, I my self being sold huge commercial plot for the above mentioned amount, soon the real estate boom started in kerala, and then there is no looking back, there are many who made umpteen un accounted money with this, and the winner are definitely the politicians who have made this happen, the other winner are brokers, who has made the impossible happen.

Today doing a business in kerala is almost next to impossible. Kerala has still not come out of communist era, the cost of living has sky rocketed and the its difficult to make the ends meet, for all be it any employee or an employer.

Kerala has made huge popularity with the announcement of the smart city project. What the government needs to understand is that they should develop the need to have bigger wider roads, perhaps kerala and kochi would be the only city in india where they build 2 way bridge in a 4 lane track. So that there is a bottle next naturally created.

The bus drivers are the most concerned people of the city, needless to say, for them the cars and other vehicles and pedestrians do not exist. Every bus has red colour and behind it they say maximum speed in city 35km per hour, either they write it because they believe in some superstition or just that they understand its as minimum speed as 35km per hour.

Gods own country, god please listen. Save us.
